Job Description - Maintenance Manager - Gas and Electrical Compliance (25981)
Join us as a Maintenance Manager for Gas and Electrical Compliance at our office in Maryport, with hybrid working options. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary of approximately £55,000 annually plus benefits including a health cash plan.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading Gas and Electrical teams to deliver high-quality services on our properties.
* Managing performance of teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet legislative and KPI standards.
* Ensuring compliance with Gas Safe and Electrical legislation as the responsible person.
* Providing accurate forecasting, budget management, and driving service improvements.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in gas and electrical compliance within housing/maintenance sectors.
* Strong program management, collaboration, and communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications in electrical or gas disciplines, with knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
* Proven track record in budget management and commercial acumen.
