Customer Service Executive - Ecommerce in Birmingham
Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity in a fast-growing luxury retail company?
You will ensure delivery of the defined customer experience and become an expert on their products. Your responsibilities include handling customer service and operations processes with 100% accuracy and compliance, managing customer data and systems, and logging cases accurately.
The role is based in the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. To be considered, you should have previous customer service experience, preferably with customer service platforms and industry experience in e-commerce or retail.
