Role
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working across a range of complex and high‑precision components.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5‑axis CNC milling machines
* Working predominantly with HAAS controls
* Producing high‑quality, precision components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and first‑off inspections
* Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement within the machining process
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a CNC Mill (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
* Strong online programming experience (offline training can be provided)
* Experience working with complex, high‑precision components
* Background in motorsport, aerospace, or Formula 1‑type components would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of parts from start to finish
* Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
