Talent Acquisition Partner – FMCG
Location: Flexible/Work from home based in England with the ability to travel when required
Salary: c£35-50,000 + bonus + great benefits including 25 days holiday and 12 Mindfulness days per year + private medical

Our new Talent Acquisition Partners will contribute to HPRtalent’s success by managing complex, high-quality talent acquisition campaigns for leading global and local organizations. You will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, creating programs and tools tailored to diverse business needs, aligning candidates with the organizations you serve. This is an account management role for a skilled recruiter with exceptional sourcing abilities; it is not a sales position.

The role:
* Deliver a world-class recruitment service efficiently, ensuring quality hires.
* Act as a consultant and advisor to clients, providing targeted solutions to organizational needs.
* Understand business goals and proactively deliver talent acquisition strategies that impact both our and the client’s businesses.
* Manage the attraction, assessment, development, and deployment of talent acquisition strategies.
* Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and tactics to meet organizational objectives.
* Ensure successful integration, implementation, and measurement of recruitment results.
* Develop and communicate operational delivery strategies for recruitment functions.
* Be self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and committed to self-improvement.
* Collaborate effectively with team members on projects.
* Complete all resourcing assignments thoroughly.
* Provide regular management information (MI) to the business and clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on recruitment trends to enhance delivery.
The person:
* Possess a strong educational background, ideally degree-qualified.
* Have experience working remotely successfully.
* Have progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within large organizations with complex hiring needs.
* Understand how to identify high-potential talent.
* Have delivered a broad range of roles across all levels and functions in FMCG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
* Possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Ideally have in-house or RPO talent acquisition experience.
* Be highly self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to service excellence.
* Work effectively under tight deadlines and at pace.
* Demonstrate the ability to meet ambitious client targets.
* Engage others to secure buy-in and commitment.
* Drive programs to completion, adapting styles as needed for different organizations and stakeholders.
* Possess strong project management skills.
