What you´ll do
* Work in full compliance with all EHS and site safety requirements
* Actively participate in Henkel’s Safety Programme, including near-miss and hazard reporting
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment inside and outside the plant
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations
* Support plant activities across production, projects, and continuous improvement
* Operate FLT equipment safely and competently
* Work closely with internal teams and contractors to support daily operations
* Be prepared to train across all production areas and participate in on-site training programmes
What makes you a good fit
* Experience in a chemical or COMAH-regulated manufacturing plant
* Good numeracy and IT skills, including Windows-based systems
* Understanding of chemical processing operations
* Experience working as an operator in a manufacturing environment
* Valid FLT licence and documented operating experience
* Consistent and reliable timekeeping
* Ability to follow written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
* A proactive, safety-first mindset
* Ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Full driving licence for training or business travel
* Strong communication skills and willingness to support others
