Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Christleton. The Sales and Events Co-Ordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring smooth execution. Key duties include handling event inquiries, preparing proposals, managing bookings, maintaining communication with vendors, and supporting sales activities to promote Cheshire View’s services. Effective collaboration with internal teams and catering partners is essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales with a focus on client relationship building
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for successful event execution
* Flexibility to work on-site, including evenings and weekends
* Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a benefit
