About The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Physics Teacher to join the Science Department at Bosworth. The role is available immediately with flexible start date.
The Science Department delivers GCSE and A Level science and runs a University Foundation Programme. Students have small class sizes (8 at GCSE, 16 at Year 12 and 3 in Year 13 Physics), allowing personalised teaching.
Responsibilities
* Teach Physics at GCSE and A Level following AQA specifications.
* Support delivery of Key Stage 3 Science, the UFP and other science disciplines.
* Plan engaging lessons and assess student progress.
* Participate in CPD and share best practice with colleagues.
* Lead enrichment activities such as the British Physics Olympiad and off‑site visits.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
* Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong subject knowledge in physics.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Proficiency with technology for teaching and learning.
* Ability to assess student progress and give constructive feedback.
