What you will do
You will be part of a team of drivers delivering and collecting mail and items, ensuring they reach the right place on time. Responsibilities include:
* Drive and operate as part of a collections and network delivery team
* Check post-boxes, visit post offices, and meet with business customers at prearranged times
* Collect mail and drop it off at processing centres
* Sort mailbags to ensure correct delivery
* Deliver more than letters and parcels, providing outstanding service to customers
About you
* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* People-person with good interpersonal skills
* Happy walking for long periods and working outside in all weather
* Strong sense of community and pride in your work
* Flexible with shift patterns
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
