We are looking for caring and compassionate Care Professional's to come and join our team in and around Northampton.
* Due to the nature of the job you will need access to a vehicle, driving licence, be able to work every other weekend along with a minimum of 2 evening's a week. Please be aware that we are not taking on new applications for sponsorship or visa's.
Job Description
Duties include:
* Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients
* To support our Clients within their own homes, with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties
* Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required
* Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs)
* Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided)
* Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App'
* Attend team meetings where require throughout the year

Qualifications
* £12.10 to £12.25phr plus bank holiday enhancements (Double pay)
* Mileage allowance at 35p a mile
* Work in and around your local area - within 5/8 mile radius
* 1-hour minimum client visits
* Support regular Clients & build relationships - be part of a Client team
* Overtime available covering holiday and staff absence
* Ongoing support from a experienced and supportive management team
* Care Certificate support and certification
