* Support the graduate attraction strategy across London & Birmingham
* Help run the full Graduate Programme, from outreach to placement
* Build relationships with universities, societies, and early‑career networks
* Represent Angela Mortimer as a top employer for graduates
* Deliver training, onboarding, and development experiences
* Collaborate with leaders to make sure every hire supports growth
* Continuously improve the graduate journey to keep it exceptional
