Data Scientist (Mid Level) - Maidenhead
We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join our client's growing team. You will use your skills in data analysis and machine learning to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support decision-making across various projects. You’ll also work closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Explore large datasets to identify patterns and insights
* Build and improve machine learning models to solve business problems
* Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, etc.)
* Work with data engineers to ensure clean, usable data
* Build and maintain data pipelines for model input
* Write automated checks for your models and processes
* Work with stakeholders to define problems and share results
* Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Join design sessions to help shape the team’s work
* Build domain understanding to improve model accuracy
* Provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, or similar
* 2+ years in data science or analytics
* Experience building machine learning models and analyzing data
* Background in designing experiments or solving real-world problems with data
* Strong coding skills in Python or R (R is a plus)
* Experience writing SQL and working with databases
* Comfortable with data visualization tools
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage your time well
