Location: Bedfordshire Hours: Full-time Contract: Permanent Band: 7 / 8A Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) Client Group: Looked After Children (LAC) Job Purpose Join a developing service focused on supporting young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Neglect, Abuse, and Trauma (NAT). This role aims to improve psychological well-being and facilitate reunification with family environments through structured, evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families. Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9–18 months using a range of psychological approaches. Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework. Offer specialist consultation to staff, supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning. Act as keyworker, reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings. Assess and monitor risk, implementing appropriate risk management plans. Work flexibly across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.
