£30,000-£45,000 basic + strong, uncapped commission

We're expanding our Education division in Romford and are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to take ownership of a desk, grow it properly, and be part of a team that backs each other to succeed.
This is a senior role, ideal for someone who already understands the education market and wants a position with more responsibility, autonomy, and earning potential.

The role
* Build, manage, and grow your own desk within the Education sector
* Develop strong, lasting relationships with schools and MATs
* Source and place teachers and support staff
* Run the full recruitment cycle with pace, accuracy, and consistency
* Work collaboratively with a driven team as the division continues to grow
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years of Education Recruitment experience
* Someone confident working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment
* Strong relationship‑builder with a reputation for reliability
* Organised, resilient, and proactive
* Ambitious and keen to progress as the division scales
