Account Executive – Manufacturing Oxfordshire Permanent Full-time We’re working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire, supporting them in the search for an Account Executive to join their commercial team. This role sits at the heart of the operation, acting as the key interface between customers and internal teams. You’ll help manage a portfolio of long-term customers, coordinating orders from placement through to delivery while building strong, trusted relationships. The role: Managing day-to-day commercial relationships with a defined customer base Coordinating customer orders from receipt through production to final shipment Working closely with buying, production, quality, engineering and despatch teams Supporting RFQs and helping convert opportunities into live orders Resolving issues such as delivery delays, RMAs and logistics queries Producing regular reports (order books, stock, despatch, PODs, RMAs) Developing a strong understanding of customer products and industry sectors What they’re looking for: Experience in an account coordination or account executive role within manufacturing Confident working with order data, delivery schedules and commercial information Strong communication skills and a calm, organised approach under pressure Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Exposure to MRP or stock management systems is beneficial Some understanding of electro-mechanical, electronic or box-build assemblies What’s on offer: 37-hour working week (early finish on Fridays) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) Pension scheme with employer contribution Modern working environment with free parking and on-site facilities This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being customer-facing, detail-driven, and part of a collaborative manufacturing environment where long-term relationships matter.
