This is a full-time position based in Hemel with an WFH 2-3 days per week option available.Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments (multiple diary experience and outlook is a must)
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Conduct research and compile data as needed
* Assist with data entry and record keeping
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Provide general clerical support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
