Tasks Establish and promote best practice in quality matters in conjunction with the Quality function. Delivery of the IQ Assurance plan Undertake Quality audits as required. Trending and reporting of IQ Quality performance Support the “get it right to improve productivity” initiative Driving the capture and implementation of lessons learned Ensure that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required. Support management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the Quality Plans Promote the reporting of nonconformances. Collate Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes. Review Quality information to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans in agreement with the Quality Management Provide support to Project teams in the development of Quality Plans Review Quality plans, procedures and associated documentation. Maintain records as necessary to ensure compliance with Company procedures and Contract Requirements Provide reports, presentations and information as directed by the Business / Quality Management. Participate in working groups / forums as required. Qualifications Good Data analytical skills with experience in creating dashboards, spotting trends ect. Experience in QA Procedures and Controls (ITP’s, Specifications) is desirable but not essential Being observant and analytical Communication and dependability Information technology and safety Qualification to Degree or HND level
