Sales Operations Lead Reporting in to: Sales Operations Manager Location: Milton Keynes office, 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to play a key role in supporting how our sales teams operate day‑to‑day. We’re looking for a proactive, data‑savvy problem solver who enjoys improving the way things work - turning numbers into clear actions and helping build processes and tools that enable others to do their best work. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our sales function by strengthening insights, enhancing our systems, and streamlining the processes that keep our teams operating efficiently. This is a newly created mid‑level individual contributor role focused on delivering high‑quality operational support, improving tools and workflows, and ensuring our sales teams have what they need to work effectively every day. What you’ll be doing You’ll help keep our sales organisation running smoothly by supporting tools, data and processes that drive performance. Improving and simplifying sales processes so our teams can work smarter and faster. Maintaining CRM quality and accuracy, ensuring data is reliable and up to date so our sales teams get the insights they need. Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that highlight pipeline health, performance trends, and forecasting insights. Supporting Sales Operations Managers and Sales Leaders with data analysis, process updates, and operational improvements. Helping to implement new tools and systems, and optimising existing ones to better support the sales workflow. Supporting training and adoption efforts, ensuring new processes and tools are understood and used effectively. Collaborating with teams across product, marketing, finance, and operations to keep information flowing and aligned. Who you are We’re looking for someone who loves getting things running smoothly and improving the way people work. You’ll bring: A calm, collaborative approach and a desire to make a positive impact as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, using data to guide decisions and measure results. Experience working with CRM systems and an enthusiasm for keeping data clean and consistent. Great communication skills - able to explain processes, share updates, and work confidently with both technical and non‑technical colleagues. Comfort working with confidential or sensitive information. A willingness to travel occasionally to sales team meetings (a few days per month, with occasional overnight stays).
