Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to guide and support a multi‑disciplinary function enabling the safe and effective utilisation of our fleet and equipment across the South West. Your role will be essential in ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations of a friendly, professional team, ensuring vehicle and equipment maintenance is carried out to the highest standards.
* Meet maintenance and service plans against agreed departmental KPIs and job cycle times.
* Implement continuous improvement and workplace methodology for fleet maintenance activities.
* Support a diverse team with compassionate, collaborative leadership while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ensure the fleet and equipment service across a large geographic area meets safety and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance leadership.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a multi‑disciplinary team and implement process improvements.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for improving patient service delivery.
