Your new role
As a Quality Control Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards. Your duties will include:
1. Conducting daily quality checks across production areas
2. Monitoring critical control points (CCPs), including temperature and hygiene
3. Supporting internal audits and customer visits
4. Collecting and preparing samples for laboratory testing
5. Reporting non-conformances and assisting with corrective actions
6. Liaising with the technical team to uphold food safety standards
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Additional expectation: Start at 6:30am on two days per week to support early production checks
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
8. Goodmunication skills and ability to work independently
9. Basicputer literacy for data entry and reporting
10. Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance is desirable
11. A valid driving licence is advantageous
12. Full training will be provided
