As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who cares deeply about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
* Has experience managing kitchen lines, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
