The role involves planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and education within your area of responsibility to enhance practical learning experiences and contribute to workforce development in line with local and national directives. The role has a clinical component to maintain clinical skills and credibility.
You will liaise with relevant specialties, identify learning needs, and develop strategies to achieve best practice, seamless care pathways, and high standards of practice across all areas.
You will support staff—including registered and non-registered—to learn and achieve clinical skills competencies.
