Business Process Analyst - Install to Maintain Tachbrook Park 12 month Secondment, Full-time, Hybrid This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the Process Excellence Team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver our Operations processes across Calor. You’ll work at the heart of the business, improving how we manage the asset lifecycle – from installation through to maintenance and end-of-life – helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. Whether you're already working with SAP/processes or looking to build on your experience, this role offers real exposure to transformation activity, senior stakeholders, and end-to-end process design. What you’ll be doing Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and teams across Operations to understand how things work today – and how we can make them better Translate business needs into practical, scalable process solutions aligned to our strategy Support the design and continuous improvement of processes across Install to Maintain (including asset creation, maintenance, and decommissioning) Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders toward standard, efficient solutions (not “wish lists”) Help drive adoption of SAP and standard processes, improving consistency across the business Contribute to transformation initiatives and support change adoption Act as a go-to contact for process best practice, supporting colleagues with guidance, training, and documentation What you’ll bring We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll likely have: Essential: Experience working with asset maintenance business processes (e.g. vehicles, plant equipment, maintenance planning, or master data) Exposure to SAP or similar systems (or a strong willingness to learn) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand both the big picture and day-to-day operational challenges Confidence working with stakeholders and contributing to projects or change initiatives Experience documenting processes, requirements, or procedures Desirable (but not essential): Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, Aris) Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement approaches Experience working on transformation or change projects Power BI or data analysis skills What you’ll gain Hands-on experience in a high-impact transformation environment Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Opportunity to develop process excellence, SAP, and project delivery skills A chance to shape how we work across Operations Great stepping stone for future roles in Process Excellence, Transformation, or Leadership
