Job Overview:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Tutor to join our team. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in students' lives by delivering tailored academic support. If you are passionate about education and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions.
* Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement to design personalised learning plans.
* Prepare engaging and interactive lessons that meet individual goals.
* Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support understanding.
* Track student progress and adjust methods when needed.
* Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians about student development.
* Work alongside teachers and educational staff to support consistent learning.
Requirements:
* Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially with children.
* Familiarity with special education strategies is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Ability to engage students of different ages and learning styles.
* Good organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple subjects.
