I am currently looking for a proactive and friendly Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a small accounts team for 20-25 hours per week flexible.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and basic finance skills who enjoys working in a varied and supportive role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and visitors to reception and create a positive, professional first impression
* Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
* Manage daily incoming and outgoing post
* Monitor and order office supplies
* Arrange meetings, including room bookings and refreshments
* Make travel and accommodation bookings
* Order PPE and Health & Safety equipment
* Perform general office duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and updating records
* Reconcile company credit card and bank statements monthly
* Post customer payments daily
* Support the Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions and provide cover during absence
* Assist and collaborate with other admin team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
