Job Description
Electrical Building Services Design Engineer required for our client, a Croydon-based consultancy with over 25 years' experience delivering sustainable mechanical and electrical projects across the UK, specifically in the commercial sector. Previous projects include The British Library, The Shard, and Westminster Abbey.
They are expanding and looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team to take ownership of projects from initial design, revisions, calculations, specifications, work schedules, and estimates. The client will consider candidates with Intermediate to Senior Level experience.
Electrical Building Services Design Engineer Requirements
1. Proven experience of Electrical Building Services Design and multi-disciplinary projects
2. Worked within a consultancy or large contractor in a design position
3. Able to complete detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for electrical systems
4. Confident performing site surveys and on-site management
5. Knowledge of CIBSE Guides, IEE Regulations, CDM Regulations, Revit / BIM Standards (UK), and Building Regulations
6. Software experience with Autocad, REVIT, Microsoft Project, Heavacomp, Amtech, and Dialux

* Basic Salary of £40,000 - £60,000

* Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
