We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and consistency come first. Salary: £13 per hour | £60 per sleep Hours: 165–173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings) Shift Pattern We are very flexible and open to: * Single shifts * Double or triple shifts * Long day sleeps (10 per month) Long Day Sleep: 10am – 11pm | Sleep | 7am – 10.30am (handover) About the Role * Support one child with emotional and behavioural difficulties * Create a safe, nurturing, home-from-home environment * Build positive relationships and provide consistent care * Promote routines, boundaries, education and emotional development * Work as part of a small, dedicated team What We’re Looking For * Experience in residential childcare is essential * Qualification is desirable but not essential * Caring, passionate, and reliable with strong personal values * Someone with personality who genuinely wants to make a difference * Able to work flexibly and professionally Development & Culture We are passionate about upskilling and developing adults.
