* £62,000 - £90,000 per annum

You will coordinate up to five stores, supporting Store Managers to lead their teams, meet KPIs, and deliver results.

What you'll do
* Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational compliance
* Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their teams
* Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards
* Create an environment where teams can perform their best, aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles
What you'll need
* Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites
* Ability to interpret reports and implement next steps
* Drive to learn and stay updated with business changes
* Effective communication skills
* Full UK Driving License
