Job Description:

Salary: Up to £61,000 per annum (FTE) + Bonuses
Employment Type: Full or Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week), fully remote

Role Overview:
We are collaborating with a leading UK-based digital mental health provider delivering remote psychiatric assessments and treatments for conditions like ADHD, ASD, and mental health issues. Supporting NHS and private patients nationally, they operate through a tech-enabled, fully remote model.
We seek dedicated Nurses, Pharmacists, or Allied Health Professionals with an Independent Prescribing qualification to join their ADHD Prescriber workforce due to increasing referral demand.
Work Pattern:
* Minimum 24 hours per week (3 x 8-hour days)
* Up to 40 hours per week available
* Service operates between 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday, allowing flexible start times (from 12pm)
Candidate Criteria:
* Evidence of clinical qualification (NMC registered Nurse, GPhC registered Pharmacist, or HCPC Registered AHP)
* At least 1 year’s experience prescribing for ADHD, including initiation, titration, review, and long-term management
Interview Process:
Streamlined one-stage process involving competency-based questions with a Clinical Operations Manager and HR.
Salary & Benefits:
This role offers £61,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package:

Key Responsibilities:
* Independently prescribing ADHD medications for adults following NICE guidelines
* Managing caseloads during titration and maintenance phases
* Conducting reviews to ensure safe, effective, and personalized care
* Responding to patient queries via a secure clinical portal
* Collaborating with psychiatrists and MDT colleagues
* Supporting governance, audits, and service improvements
