Job Description Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and join our teams in Sainsbury’s kiosks in: Broadcut, Fareham, PO16 8SU Farlington Fitzherbert Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 1RR Hambledon Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7UL This role Requires Your Own Vehicle and milage will be paid. If you are: Enthusiastic, energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude Always happy to help customers with a smile, Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times, Excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products Able to: Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift. Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take. An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered And have: Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed Ready to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
