Main Responsibilities
•Support individuals in the community, promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful social interaction
•Provide personal care and daily living support, including mobility, nutrition, and household tasks
•Plan and facilitate activities, outings, and wellbeing check-ins to enhance quality of life
•Monitor and document progress, manage behaviours positively, and collaborate with families and professionals
Essential Skills
•At least 1 year experience in care, community support and planning social or recreational activities
•Valid driving licence and access to a car for travel
•Fluency in written and spoken English
•Ability to work day shifts, night shifts, and weekends
•Willingness to travel to service users' homes and various community locations
Desirable Skills
•Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Preferred
•At least 1 year of care experience, with a focus on learning disabilities and challenging behaviours preferred
