The Lead Product Manager will own their Advice squads, driving user centricity and supporting platform migration and transformation with a focus on leveraging automation and AI products to improve handle times. Ideally, you will be an experienced, outcome-driven Product Manager who has delivered robust programs of digital/software transformation with strong experience in agile and scrum teams.

Responsibilities
* Lead and own the Advice squads, driving user-centric design and supporting platform migration and transformation with a focus on automation and AI products to improve handle times.
* Deliver robust programs of digital/software transformation with strong experience in agile and scrum teams.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product strategy and vision; communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
* Work across technical and non-technical teams to translate complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
* Drive optimization of claims journeys, portals or backend services where applicable.
* Act as a player-coach with 1 to 2 direct PM reports, demonstrating people management experience.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in software/platform transformation delivering scalable solutions.
* Experience shipping products optimising complex processes, data and journeys.
* Exceptional stakeholder skills, with gravitas to engage senior executives.
* People management experience; able to act as a player-coach with direct PM reports.
* Experience contributing to product strategy and vision.
* Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
* Experience delivering product roadmaps via agile and scrum.
* Experience optimising claims journeys, portals or backend services would be a plus.
