The role sits within the senior leadership structure, reporting initially to the US based CEO, with future dotted-line guidance from a new Global Group Controller (covering US, Canada and UK). Role Overview Strong and commercially aware Financial Controller to lead all financial operations across the UK and EU entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end finance, including reporting, controls, cashflow management, and leadership within the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Management & Operations Full responsibility for UK/EU financial performance and statutory compliance. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Manage billing, revenue recognition, P&L, balance sheet, VAT submissions, and all monthly and annual close processes. Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, financial analysis, and business insights. Maintain and manage cashflow and forecasting, ensuring strong liquidity and early risk identification.
