The work encompasses a broad range of family work including pre-nuptial agreements, financial claims on divorce, financial provision for children and private law children work (domestic and international). The successful candidate will provide advice to a wide range of clients, including high-profile talent and high net worth individuals, undertaking matters in all areas of private family law including complex, high-value financial disputes, involving offshore assets, children matters, co-habitation disputes and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
