Trade Parts Manager required for Main Car Dealership located in Isleworth.
The salary on offer for this Trade Parts Manager is £35,000 with an OTE of £40,000.

Previous Automotive Trade Parts Experience Required

Company Vehicle IncludedRequirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow trade sales and meet profitability targets
Manage a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts including garages, body shops, and fleet operators
Lead, train, and motivate parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers
Establish pricing structures that optimise margins while maintaining competitive volume sales
