Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Rate: £300 - £320 per day (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities
Provide on- site and remote IT support to front- office trading floor users, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, and trading peripherals.
Support and maintain trading technologies, including market data platforms and trading applications.
Manage Windows 10/ 11 environments, including desktop builds, OS upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Support multi- monitor trading desk setups, docking stations, turrets, and specialist hardware.
Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve complex incidents.
Maintain documentation and assist with technology rollouts and system upgrades .
Key Skills & Experience Experience providing Trading Floor / Front Office IT Support within financial services.
Strong support experience with Windows 10/ 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange .
Experience with desktop deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot.
Knowledge of market data platforms ( e. g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
Experience supporting multi- monitor trading environments and specialist trading hardware .
Understanding of network fundamentals ( TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with service desk tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
