Duties and responsibilities for the Chef de Partie role
* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
* Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
* Manage inventory for their section, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels.
* Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are maintained in good working order.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
About you
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques is essential.
