Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday - Flexible working scheme applies. As the Information Governance Manager, you will lead and manage the Information Governance Team, overseeing all supervisory tasks and setting clear work schedules and performance expectations. You will provide expert guidance on regulatory documentation required for new data systems and services, ensuring a pro-active governance process is in place for evidence-based decision-making. Supporting the Head of Information Governance and Data Quality, you will help drive improvements in data ownership and compliance, align governance strategies with our organisational goals, and mentor your team in best practices regarding records management compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information Governance Manager Requirements: Qualified to degree level in an information systems related subject. A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar role. At least 2 years of administrative experience working with data and information. Proven capability in delivering key performance objectives, preparing reports, and process mapping.
