Job Description:
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and design effective programmes.
* Implement and maintain an engaging company-wide learning platform.
* Manage induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Support training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored development plans.
* Lead and support a small training team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, digital learning experience.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for development.
* Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D ideas.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus.
