About the Role:
This is a full-time position supporting classroom teachers in delivering a high standard of education and pastoral care. You'll work closely with pupils across various age groups, providing both one-to-one and small group support to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment
* Support with classroom management and behaviour strategies
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
* A proactive, caring, and patient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to the needs of different learners
* Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
