Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community organisations, charities, and other referral partners to promote the Bluebird Care services.
- Plan, organise, and attend community events, awareness campaigns, networking activities, and outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and actively participate in different social groups.
- Represent the organisation within the local community, acting as a positive ambassador for the company and its values.
- Support recruitment activities by promoting career opportunities, attending job fairs, and engaging with potential care professionals within the community.
- Gather feedback from customers, families, and community stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased community support.
- Monitor community engagement activities, referral trends, and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Work closely with the Care Coordinator and office team to support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of care services. Provide administrative and coordination support when required and, during periods of absence, assist in covering key coordination duties to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Requirements
- Previous experience in community engagement, marketing, business development, customer service, health and social care, or a similar public‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Confident networking and presenting to community groups, healthcare professionals, local organisations, and members of the public.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms, with experience creating engaging content and promotional materials.
- A proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to support office operations and care coordination activities when required, including providing cover for key administrative and coordination functions during staff absences.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the flexibility to travel throughout the local community to attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
