About The Role
You will own our social channels - from idea, filming, posting to performance. You'll be responsible for nurturing our community, growing followers, increasing engagement and making sure our social presence drives real brand impact. This is a hands-on, execution-led role.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the social content calendar across Instagram and TikTok, supported by the brand marketing calendar
Concept, shoot and edit social-first video content for BAU, launches and campaigns
Post all content, including reactive and real-time moments
Drive follower growth and engagement as a core KPI
Manage community daily, replying to all comments and DMs, connecting with our customers
Monitor performance weekly and adjust content based on results
Capture content in-store, at events and at shoots, including behind-the-scenes
Produce quick-turnaround edits for live or same-day posting
Spot and test emerging trends, sounds and formats
You are not just planning content. You are making it and pushing it live.
Skills & Experience
Confident shooting on phone and camera
Strong editing skills with clear understanding of hooks, pacing and retention
Able to write sharp, on-brand captions and replies
Understands what performs on Instagram and TikTok
Comfortable working at pace and posting outside standard hours when needed
