Mechanical Supervisor – 2-Year School Contract – Eastbourne
We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term school project in Eastbourne. This 2-year contract offers immediate work over the summer and consistent long-term stability on a significant educational build.
We are looking for a local supervisor who understands the nuances of working on school sites and managing complex HVAC and plant room installations.
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating, Mechanical Services, or Pipefitting.
* Technical: Extensive experience with HVAC, LTHW/CHW systems, Plant Rooms, AHUs, and Sprinkler systems.
* Cards: CSCS Gold Card or Black Manager Card.
* Safety: SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid.
* Compliance: Prior experience in educational environments is essential. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this site.
Project Scope: Overseeing mechanical installations across both new-build and refurbished school blocks. You will ensure high safety standards and coordinate closely with the electrical supervisor to keep the project on track.
