We are looking for a highly organised and design-focusedMaterial Workshop Design Co-ordinatorto join our Marketing team. Based in our new London showroom, this role is key to managing our Material Workshop space and supporting the wider team with textile knowledge, creative coordination, and showroom presentation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of textiles, an eye for detail, and experience working within a design-led environment. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining and presenting our fabric library, supporting the Sales team with product suitability, and liaising with suppliers to ensure our offering stays current and aligned with trends.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage and present our fabric and finishes library, keeping it up to date and aligned with trends
* Provide guidance to Sales and Design teams on fabric suitability for products and projects
* Coordinate with textile suppliers to maintain and improve our offering
* Host clients and support creative sessions in the showroom
* Assist with fabric specifications for renders and showroom installations
* Support occasional supplier events and collaborate with the wider Marketing and NPD teams
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of textile materials and their application in furniture or interiors
* Experience in a design, interiors, or showroom environment
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in design tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign, pCon) and MS Office
* Comfortable working independently and across departments
* Experience managing material libraries or creative studio spaces (desirable)
