We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business on an exciting growth journey, looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of CRM and marketing automation. The company is scaling rapidly, investing heavily in marketing and product, and this role will play a key part in shaping how prospects and customers are engaged across the full lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy and hands‑on execution, building automated journeys, improving lead quality and driving meaningful engagement with customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns and nurture journeys within HubSpot
* Develop lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to support sales engagement
* Create and optimise email campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
* Monitor lifecycle and funnel performance, using data to continuously optimise campaigns
* Maintain CRM data quality and ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting
* Work cross‑functionally with marketing and commercial teams to improve the customer journey
Requirements:
* Experience managing lifecycle or CRM marketing programmes in a B2B environment
* Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
* Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation and customer journey optimisation
* Comfortable analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results
* Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
