This is a leadership role that's ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and leading others to success.
You’ll be leading software engineers through the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. This is a varied role where you’ll split your time between people leadership, scrum mastering, and active development using C#/.NET technologies.
Line manage, mentor, and support a team of developers
Lead sprint ceremonies: standups, planning, retrospectives, and refinement
Remove blockers and drive team progress in an Agile environment
Hands-on coding: design, develop, test, and refactor applications
Maintain code quality through peer reviews and technical leadership
5+ years of experience in software application development
~ Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core
~ Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server
~ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
