What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the delivery of high-profile programmes and projects across the Defence Air & Space sector.
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
* Providing governance, oversight, and direction to ensure successful programme outcomes.
* Supporting and mentoring project teams to deliver against objectives with clarity and consistency.
* Partnering with leadership on workforce capability and internal development.
* Ensuring compliance with business processes and quality standards.
* Acting as a key ambassador, influencing stakeholders and driving collaboration across functions.
* Staying up to date with new technologies and industry developments, ensuring continuous improvement.
Main Skills Needed:
* Significant experience (10+ years) in the Defence Air & Space sector.
* Strong knowledge of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M).
* Proven track record of managing client relationships at senior levels.
* Experience working with emerging and advanced technologies.
* Excellent communicator and natural leader, able to mentor and develop teams.
