Overview
Project Leadership and Governance (40%)
* Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for EU Fair Pay Directive compliance, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Establish a project governance framework and reporting cadence to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
* Serve as the central point of coordination between HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and external consultants.
Stakeholder Management & Change Management (30%)
* Communicate project goals, progress, and impacts to senior leadership and employee groups.
* Ensure alignment between HR systems, payroll, and analytics functions for accurate pay data reporting.
* Lead change management and training efforts to build organizational awareness and readiness.
* Develop comms approach / plan with P&C and TR Comms to ensure employees and managers are informed of the changes and understand employee’s rights.
Documentation & Reporting (30%)
* Maintain all project documentation, including risk registers, compliance roadmaps, and audit evidence.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for internal leadership and external regulators (as applicable).
* Partner with TR, P&C and Legal to support material required for Works Councils (WCs) in each country where WCs exist.
* Support policy and process updates relating to job categories, pay bands, recruitment, and internal mobility.
* Coordinate and support development of guidance for Managers, P&C, and TR for the two companies.
Education & Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in HR, compliance, or regulatory transformation.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in large or multinational organizations.
* Familiarity with HR systems, compensation structures, and data analytics tools.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
* Understanding of EU employment law, pay transparency initiatives, or equal pay audits (desirable).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
