About the Role
As a Care Assistant you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Your daily duties will include:
* Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Helping with daily activities and recreational participation.
* Offering comfort to distressed residents and delivering compassionate end‑of‑life care.
* Safeguarding residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attending relevant training, and reporting concerns and escalating when necessary.
