A look into the role

As a Cyber Business Development Director within our team practice, you will:

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in our cyber offering
* Identify, establish and pursue opportunities, partnerships and client relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads and opportunities.
* Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance our market presence.
* Represent our firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and alliances.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising business development activities, progress and outcomes.


Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Cyber Business Development Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need is a strong understanding of cyber solutions, trends and regulatory requirements and a proven track record of business development within a B2B environment at C-Suite level. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

* You’ll have a thorough understanding and a proven track record of lead generation, sales and identifying cold targets.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to break down silos, barriers.
* Self-motivated and result orientated.
