HOURS: 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
START DATE: Immediate
SALARY: £22,000pa - £23,809.50pa

Vacancy – Trainee Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator for our client in Nailsworth. You will be an important part of a small office team providing excellent administration support. Full training will be given.


Responsibilities:
• Checking technician reports and transferring them to client systems.
• Answering incoming phone calls.
• Ordering stock
• Filing online records of jobs.
• Arranging technician visits to properties and entering on Outlook.

Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office working on various industry specific online portals (full training given).
• Good telephone manner
• Have a “happy to help” attitude and be confident and supportive in dealing by phone and email with clients.
• Be well organised and responsive to enquiries or requests for assistance from fellow teams’ members and clients.
